it's some time now since they were exposed on Watchdog for defrauding their dial-up internet customers by deliberately preventing net access, in order to try and force them to upgrade to the BT broadband service - but it still rankles, all those wasted hours trying to re-connect, and the deliberately misleading info given out by their so-called "help" desk more |
