These web pages are very big - the total size is 1.13 megabytes (1,168 kilibytes). To assist you using this handbook off-line you can download the whole thing as one PKZIP file. You then use PKZIP (or Stuffit expander on the Mac) to unpack the files onto your hard disk.
Once the files are unpacked on your hard disk, use Netscape or Internet Explorer to 'open' the file 'handbook.htm'. You then use the pages as if you were on-line.
